• Treatment plan for more advanced dental implant surgeries
• Understand the range of hard tissue augmentation materials available
• Know when and how to use barrier membranes
• Know when and how to increase alveolar ridge width
• Know when and how to modify alveolar bone density during implant placement
• Know when and how to employ maxillary sinus augmentation
• Know when and how to place implants at the time of tooth extraction
