Learning Outcomes

Upon completion you should be able to:

  • Apply knowledge of prosthetic componentry to design appropriate prosthetic stacks for successful implant restoration.
  • Apply knowledge of biology and biomechanics to design successful single unit implant restorations.
  • Use digital and physical transfer records to allow for design and construction of implant prostheses.
  • Use CAD techniques to design single unit implant prostheses.
  • Insert and assess single unit implant restorations.
  • Maintain patients’ dentition following implant treatment
